Procedures/Policies

Upon entering into an agreement, Aerialpics will consult our client regarding any hazards or safety concerns. These will be outlined along with a written quotation, this must be signed and returned to Aerialpics before the photo shoot with a 50 % deposit. Sometimes Aerialpics needs to access property other than the clients to obtain the desired photos. Permission to do this is the responsibility of the client and the photo shoot will be rescheduled if it is not obtained.

Safety is our number one priority. We will not fly around any areas heavily concentrated by power lines, trees, or people, please contact us if your unsure about the suitability of your site. If the weather conditions are not appropriate for flying, the photo shoot will be re-scheduled at no additional fee to the client.

Pricing/Copyright Policies

Please contact Aerialpics for a quote. Basic packages start at £100 but vary due to the complexity of the property and images desired. A basic package consists of a one-hour consultation/photo shoot and includes either the images burned to a CD or an 8 x 10 photo of your choice. Custom packages are available upon request.

The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer's portfolio/marketing. If the Photographer desires to make other uses, the Photographer shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client. The Client is obtaining prints for their use only, and shall not sell prints or authorize any reproductions without consent of the Photographer. Copyright releases are available upon request.

We are based in Dorchester, Dorset, for properties outside this area travel fees apply to your photo shoot at 0.70p/mile. We provide image editing at an additional fee. We also perform editing for your personal photos and can combine your personal photos to a DVD Slideshow. Additional 8 x 10's and CD's may be ordered. Please contact Ben at Aerialpics for pricing.
